Hardscrabble Farms
Hardscrabble Farms is a Wholesale nursery located in Westchester County New York. We are an 80 acre facility offering a large selection of Evergreens, Shade trees, Fruit trees, Flowering trees, Shrubs, Dwarf conifers, Perennials, Grasses, Roses, Ground covers, Ferns and Natives. We carry a full range of sizes but are known for our large and specimen sized material. We also offer a line of professional grade landscaping tools as well as grass seed, fertilizers, mulch, and bagged soils.
We can assist you with the proper selection of plant material, design ideas and delivery right to your job site. At Hardscrabble Farms we pride ourselves on our customer service, plus the experience of our friendly, helpful and professional staff. Shagbark Farms
Shagbark Farm is our production farm in the upper Hudson Valley supplying Hardscrabble Farms and others with the finest specimen landscape material available. Spread over more than 1,000 acres, our container and field grown material is meticulously cared for by dedicated crews. We grow and sell a wide range of flowering trees and shrubs, shade trees, evergreens, ornamental trees, grafted conifers, and containers available in large sizes.
Cricket Hill
Cricket hill is our newest facility, producing perennials and ground cover in one and two gallon containers. The choices are many and the finished product is outstanding. We also offer contract growing for you special needs.
